This book has become my favourite book lately.

Its very easy in the world of internet marketing to become 'addicted' to your computer and spend all day every day in front of it.

This seems ok at first but after a while you can end up with severe burn out.

Which is what happened to me. Wasn't eating properly, wasn't sleeping properly and therefore wasn't being as productive as I'd have like online.

Then I came across the author of Inhuman Stamina in a forum and found him to be a very honest, reliable bloke.

So hanging on the edge of destruction, I decided to buy his book Inhuman Stamina which is all about getting fit, losing weight and achieving more energy - which I definately needed.

So what has all that got to do with working online you may ask?

Everything. Because if you don't stay healthy and fit, you will burn out fast.

After putting into practise everything in this book, I have found my online productiveness has increased imensely. Its truly amazing the difference it makes to your professional results online just by being healthy, fit and having the right frame of mind.

My posts usually discuss topics regarding Internet Marketing. Today though, I'm going to stray away from Internet Marketing a little, although ultimately this can help with your online work too.

A big problem I found with Internet Marketing is I would spend all day every day in front of the computer.

It was the first thing I'd think about when I woke in the morning and the last thing I'd think about at night.

I'd go to bed with thoughts running around and around in my head and couldn't get to sleep.

As a result of this I soon became tired, stressed, unable to think as clearly as I'd like and then started to even feel depressed about not being as productive as I'd like.

I put on weight since I was just sitting on a chair in front of the computer all day and not getting any exercise. I wouldn't even take the time to prepare a real meal and just snacked on junk food.

Sound familiar?

Affiliate Commandments is a short ebook explaining a bit about promoting affiliate programs using Adwords. It is written by the author of Adwords Miracle, Affiliate X and Day Job Killer.

I purchased this since it was reasonably priced and it is a short ebook, sometimes long ebooks can be a bit of information overload, so often just a short book is all you need. Adwords marketing is one area I have never had a lot of success with, so I thought I've give Affiliate Commandments a read and see if it could help.

I was quite impressed. Being as short as it is it covered some very important points. The points that could very well be the difference between success and failure. These are points I really hadn't considered before reading this.

I have put this into practise and am finally seeing some results with my Adwords campaigns.
I do highly recommend this ebook. If you need some help with Adwords or are new to Adwords and can't afford the more expensive books, this one will certainly get you on the right track - and may actually be all you need.

Within the Directory Submitter program you set up a profile for your website where you enter the details in once and then save the profile.

Then you go through the list of directories, clicking on the names to open them. The program will then automatically fill in your website details into the directory and you just have to select the category press submit.

This program automates the process of submission for you but still allowing you to check the details before submitting. This makes the whole process of directory submission much easier and eliminates the process of searching the internet for directories and repeatedly entering your website information. This allows you to easily optimize your new and existing sites as frequently as you would like.

Stay Home MUM!

Once again I am working on a new website - I just can't help myself. This one is based on Stay Home Mums - which of course has to be one of the most important reasons for wanting to work from home, so you can stay home with your kids.

I have found being in GDI and SFI - both fantastic programs and I am doing really well with them both - but they can be a bit confusing especially for someone new to internet marketing. A lot of people don't know just where to start with promoting their business and SFI in particular has a huge amount of information on their site, but its all quite confusing. It needs to be in more of a step by step guide and explained a bit easier.

So that is the aim of my new site to put these programs in easier understanding terms. To give my downline a better chance at succeeding with these programs. To offer them my full support and let them know EVERYTHING there is to know to make these programs successful.

Work Online - Info

I have started work on another website - I know I am crazy but I just can't help myself. It is another work online type website.

I'm quite happy with it so far, I have only got 2 pages up so far, my homepage and my ebay page. I am hosting this one through GDI so it is a .ws domain. I will speak more on GDI and .ws tomorrow. If you can't wait til then, there is a link on my website for GDI through the 3in7 group :)

This website is fairly different than my other one, different layout and colour scheme and a little different in these also. I'm still fairly slow at building websites though, I hear people say things like 'look at this site I whipped up this afternoon', and they have a whole website. I have taken 2 days to do 2 pages. Oh well, it wasn't complete days, most of today was spent dragging the lovely little monsters out to the shops and to see Santa.

I have just recently come across this company called Sale Flurry. They are an affiliate company similar to clickbank where you can either:

I have been working from home on the internet for quite some time now and I have now finally set up a website to record my experiences, information, daily events, etc about working online.

I have also just released an ebook called Path To Ebay Riches which is an ebook about selling on ebay. I have shared everything that I have learned throughout my experiences as an ebay seller. A lot of things that have taken me a long time to learn through trial and error, things that I wish I had been told when I first started out.
